Justice for all?

The story in today’s online Telegram makes you wonder … “Man arrested for assaulting teenager with baseball bat after rocks thrown at residence”. The story goes on to say a 37-year-old man was arrested for assault with a weapon after a teenager was hit with a baseball bat on Brophy Place in St. John’s Monday afternoon. The man is alleged to have been responding to teens throwing rocks at his residence. He also faces charges of assault and uttering threats. Just wonder if the kids throwing the rocks are facing any charges?
