Anne Coulter: go home now

The best news yesterday was that several hundred students at the University of Ottawa forced the American fear monger, Anne Coulter, to cancel a speech at the university. Many are hoping the same thing will happen tonight when Coulter is scheduled to speak at the University of Calgary. This woman does not deserve a stage in Canada, especially when she takes on religious groups, such as Muslims, calls them all terrorists and insults a Muslim woman who has the temerity to challenge Coulter in a public place. Coulter is one of those people who should be on a Canadian no-fly list and barred entry to the country. The irony of all of this is that Coulter is threatening to file a human rights complaint against the University of Ottawa while she puts down visible minorities and others who disagree with her. The sooner she takes her brand of hatred back to the USA will be none too soon.  Check out John Meaney's great cartoon here.
